In 1996 John Zwers and Mary Strosin purchased the agency when Douglas and Sue Zingale retired. We moved to our current location on the corner of Hwy 51 and Hwy J, Minocqua in 2002. We are members of Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin and the Minocqua Area Chamber of Commerce.

John Zwers joined the Zingale Agency in 1986 as a producer marketing a comprehensive insurance package to resorts across the “Northwoods”. John is licensed in property/casualty and life/health. John is an active member of the Lakeland Noon Rotary Club and the Knights of Columbus at Holy Family Parish.

Mary Strosin joined the Zingale Agency in 1991 as a personal lines customer service representative. She is licensed in property/casualty and life/health. Mary holds CIC and CISR designations. She has served on the PIAW agent service committee and convention committee. She was elected to the PIAW Board of Directors in 1998 and served as board President in 2002-2003. Mary was recognized as PIAW Professional Agent of the Year in 2004. Mary is an active member of the Hazelhurst Lions Club.

Sue Huenink joined the agency in 1997 as a commercial lines customer service representative. She is licensed in property/casualty.
